The last 18 months have been challenging for us in many ways.
If you would like to spend a weekend in the woods, literally remembering your roots, then here is what we have in store with you… without giving too much away:
Slowing down and listening to yourself and what you need; time to simply be in nature and soak it all in. Or get involved with lots of activities to join in with. There will be creative cordage making, firelighting, foraging & cooking over an open fire with local produce throughout the weekend. There is the opportunity for circle work; meditative, mindful breathing, nature connection time, gratitude and relational ways of connecting with yourself and the group.
As the evenings draw in, we go on a dusk forest and coastal walk with sit-spots. We might even treat you to a mythological story round the fire! You’ll also be sleeping under the stars, treated to the dawn chorus and there are many beaches within a short distance if you want to go off for a few hours for a swim and re-fresh yourself.
This is wild camping at its most self-compassionate and joyful, with no agenda and plenty of relaxing.
We have a compost toilet, plenty of fresh water, and provide meals and hot drinks. We do suggest bringing some snacks and anything you would like to cook on the fire.
Please do contact us with any questions and we look forward to welcoming you back to the woods.
